Last night we went to a chili cook off at our friends' house. It was their son's idea and everyone had a wonderful time. We all had lots of delicious chili--all different types: curry with coconut milk, green with turkey, vegan without turkey, lots with beans, with meat, with various chilies. We had lots of good bread, and yummy sweets. We also had fun making music.
As we were nearing the end, we started singing songs together too. We sang Dream a Little Dream and while we didn't sound nearly as good as Mama Cass, still, we felt beautiful singing it together.
