Both kids have on life jackets. They have them on as a means of protection from one another as they are throwing each other to the ground and wrestling. They are laughing uproariously and think it's hilarious how they are each coming up victorious as they smush the other into the rug.
Good times.

Did the lifejackets go on after the wrestling started or did putting them on prompt it? :P
They put them on just for fun. Innovation comes at the most unpredictable times!
